Salted Egg Yolk and Chocolate Stout Ice-Cream, Tom's Palette
Tom's Palette's october mystery flavour is salted egg yolk ice-cream! I was so thrilled when M and I stumbled on it yesterday! I've always loved sea salt caramel everything, and salted egg yolk ice-cream (with it's wonderful mix of sweet and savoury) is like its amazing asian relative! I love it. The chocolate stout was pretty good too and really strong, perfect for those of you who love your stout!
