Nougatine from Canelé Pâtisserie Chocolaterie. Praline ice cream with hazelnut nougatine, salty caramel and caramelized filo pastry. The description reads like a dream. Can be really sweet, but still my favourite ice-cream right now! I adore salty caramel. Do you have a favourite ice-cream to share?
